Whether you are in the United States or another destination, we work with trusted carriers to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Please read our shipping policy below for details on processing, transit times, and cross-border considerations.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer; we will notify you if any delays occur.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We ship via reliable couriers such as FedEx, DHL, and USPS. Delivery estimates for shipments to the United States are typically 7–14 business days from the date of shipment. International destinations may require 10–20 business days. For expedited options, please contact us for a quote.
Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. This applies to every item in our store, including our selection of pants, skirts, dresses, shorts, sweaters, and outerwear. If you require faster delivery, additional charges may apply.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package’s progress directly on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please reach out to us.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders (including shipments to the United States from our facility in Shenzhen, China), your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Linuo Fashion cannot predict or control these costs, nor are we responsible for delays caused by customs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details about potential charges.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at ervice@linorafashion.com or call 0755-2686 7921 (international rates apply). We will do our best to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in progress.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Linuo Fashion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us for assistance. For orders with a value over $200, we recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout (if available) or contacting us for options.
Split Shipments
Some orders may contain items from different warehouses or suppliers. In such cases, your order may be split into multiple packages, each with its own tracking number. You will receive separate shipment notifications and can expect to receive the packages on different days. This does not affect your free shipping benefit.
Returns and Exchanges
