Return and Refund Policy

At Linuo Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the conditions and process for returning items and obtaining refunds. Please read it carefully before placing an order.

Cancellation and Return Window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team. For returns after delivery, you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Items must be returned within this period to be eligible for a refund.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact, including any protective bags or liners.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain items such as swimwear, bodysuits, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Custom or personalized items, as well as items marked as final sale on the product page, are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Conditions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.
  • Sale or clearance items unless otherwise stated.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products.

Return Process

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at ervice@linorafashion.com within the return window to request a return authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags. Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the box.
  3. Ship the package to the return address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Linuo Fashion is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
  4. Once your return is received, we will inspect the item within 5 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timing and Method

If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Refunds via PayPal or credit/debit cards are typically issued within 5–10 business days after the inspection is complete. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your card issuer or PayPal’s processing times.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or we made an error.
  • If you used a combination of payment methods (e.g., PayPal and a gift card), the refund will be split accordingly.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same value in a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned item. If you prefer a faster option, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at ervice@linorafashion.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description. We will arrange a free return and ship a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs, within 2–3 business days of notification.

International and Cross-Border Notes

As we ship from Shenzhen, China to customers worldwide, please note that return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a courier with tracking and insurance. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. For any questions regarding duties and taxes, please consult your local customs office.
